A trial class or consult is never more than one tap away — on the page, in the header, and at the bottom of every scroll.
Coaching is sold on credibility. Your results, your certifications, your members — presented like they matter.
Your traffic comes from Instagram, one-handed, mid-scroll. That is the screen the design starts on.
“Gym near me” is decided by speed, structure and your map listing. All three are set up before launch.
Four things go wrong on almost every gym website I am asked to look at. None of them are hard to fix — they just have to be designed for on purpose.
Social gets people interested; it does not close them. When someone finally taps your link, they land on a page that can’t take a booking, doesn’t list your prices, and doesn’t say where you are. That is where the lead dies.
Nothing loses a prospective member faster than hidden pricing. Whether you publish full rates or a “from” figure, the site should answer the question everyone is silently asking before they will contact you.
The single most valuable action on a gym website is booking a first session. It should be impossible to miss, on every screen, in under two taps.
Template gym sites all use the same three stock photos and the same red-and-black layout. Your members chose you over the franchise down the road. The site should show why.
Twenty minutes on your gym: who trains there, what you sell, what you want more of.
One price, a page plan, and a launch date — in writing, before anything begins.
You see real screens early, not a wireframe at week six. Feedback rounds are built in.
Live, indexed, booking enabled, and every login handed over into your name.
Yes. I can build booking directly into the site, or connect cleanly to whatever you already use — Mindbody, Glofox, TeamUp, Trainerize, Calendly. Whichever route makes sense, the goal is the same: a member books without leaving your website and getting lost.
Usually yes, and honestly they often beat stock. Real photos of your actual floor, your actual members and your actual coaches build far more trust than a stock model in a studio nobody has ever been to. I will tell you which shots to take and source imagery to fill the gaps.
Not necessarily. For a lot of gyms the better move is to sell the first visit — a free trial, a consult, a drop-in — and let your coaches close in person. If you do want online sign-ups and recurring payments, that can be built in too.
Sometimes. If the foundation is sound, a redesign is cheaper than a rebuild. If it is on a locked-in platform that charges you monthly and won’t let you export, rebuilding usually costs less over two years. I will look at it and tell you honestly which one you are in.
Quoted per project, as a fixed price, before any work starts — because a single-trainer site and a three-location gym with a class schedule are very different builds. You get one number in writing and it does not move unless you ask for something new.
Tell me about your gym or coaching business and what you want more of — members, class bookings, online clients. You will get a straight answer on approach, timeline and a fixed price. No sales call, no obligation.
